Deprivation of citizenship – by stealth

A discussion meeting on how British Muslims with dual nationality can be stripped of citizenship rights.

While there has been much publicity around control orders, lesser-known measures have resulted in British Muslims being stripped of citizenship rights while abroad and being unable to return. Amanda Weston, a human rights barrister involved in litigation on this issue, leads a discussion.
