 Olivia Crellin helped run ISCI’s State Crime Arts blog. As a freelance journalist specialising in South America she has written for The Guardian, The Economist, the BBC and Americas Quarterly among others. She was assisting Dr Thomas MacManus in researching civil society’s resistance to state crime in Colombia. She holds a BA in English Literature from Pembroke College, Cambridge and is undertaking her Masters in Journalism at Columbia University New York.
