Thomas MacManus (Acting Director)
Executive BoardDr MacManus is Acting Director of ISCI and is based at Queen Mary University of London’s School of Law. He holds a BA (Hons) in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick (2002) which included one year at Tilburg University, an LLM (with Distinction) in International Law from the University of Westminster (2005) and a PhD in Law & Criminology from King’s College London (2011). Thomas was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2004 and the Role of Solicitors of Ireland in 2008. His current research focuses on civil society, especially in Burma and Colombia. Thomas is an Editor in Chief of State Crime Journal and Associate Editor of The International Journal of Human Rights.
